It was an exciting day for me when I first discovered Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). I had found a modality (with strong evidence base) where I could help bring lasting and positive character change to patients.

Five years down the track patients can continue to make changes to how they interact in life.

Using ISTDP (Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy) we can quickly get to focus on the problem being brought to the session, and undo previously held emotional responses to the presenting problem.

I have attended training in ISTDP in Canada, the UK and Norway,  I have also undertaken an advanced training program in ISTDP, and I continue to attend seminars here in Australia and overseas.

I am a Registered Nurse, Midwife, Mental Health Nurse, and  I bring forty years of professional experience, to our therapy sessions.
