 Stress and anxiety can come in the way of being that best person. Maybe it’s been difficult to conceive, or you are worried about the birth. You may have see some of your friend give up breastfeeding after a few weeks because their milk has ‘dried up.’


Maybe its anxiety behind these problems, even having medical issues creates anxiety.


By focusing on the feelings that parenting presents through the lens of ISTDP together we can unearth and dispel the quiet feeling of unease.
